You’ll be the “face” of ILUX to our clients, giving them technical support across the UK including trouble-shooting issues, installing and configuring IT equipment.
Responsibilities also include basic user training, network repairs, and maintaining client documentation. Collaboration with internal and external teams is crucial, along with exceptional time management. We are looking for someone with an enquiring mind who thrives on proactive issue resolution and ensuring our clients are happy with the outcome.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Office: Based full-time in our St Ives office with extensive travel throughout the UK
