The first 90 days
Our aim is to keep the disruption to your business to an absolute minimum. We will work in the background, contact your third-party suppliers and software suppliers to ensure that when we control your IT infrastructure, it’s “business as usual” for you and your team.
Your dedicated onboarding team will work alongside you to create a detailed project plan with clear timescales and key objectives.
We will spend time with your team to find out what works well and could be improved and develop comprehensive documentation processes.
Our approach includes implementing secure data transfer protocols, defining access controls, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR).
