Telephony

Modernise your business telephony with the latest software-based technology

Business telephony systems have come a long way in the last 10 years. With the latest in software-based business telephony systems, you can take advantage of the latest technology benefits. VoIP (voice over Internet protocol) offers a cost-efficient, digital alternative to traditional phone systems. At its most basic, it provides the ability to use your Internet and network to make voice calls, but its capabilities extend even further.

Take your extension wherever you go

It gives ‘extension anywhere’ capabilities, enabling you to use the same extension for your desk phone and mobile. It enables web conferencing from your desktop and mobile, and unified communications such as instant messaging and voicemail to inbox. And on top of that, it has the added benefit of reducing your phone bill.

Our VoIP telephony systems run on your existing server and connects to any SIP phone (Internet telephony phone) as well as iOS Apple or Android mobile devices as extensions. External lines are connected using VoIP Gateways (keeping your PSTN lines) or with a VoIP provider.

Cost and efficiency savings

Reduce your phone bill by up to 80%

Software-based business telephony can dramatically reduce your phone bill – up to an 80% reduction. By leveraging Internet SIP trunks and WebRTC (web-browsing real-time communications), you get free calling to remote extensions and offices, reducing the number of fixed telephony lines.

Scale your system as when you need it

Traditional systems are expensive and difficult to scale. With new software-based systems you can add more extensions, lines and features at no extra cost.

Switchboard capability

Our systems come with a powerful switchboard function, allowing you to view and manage your phone calls. This function is perfect for receptionists and call centres, giving an easy-to-use interface and simple drag and drop call transfer.
