His team deliver projects of all sizes from installing a new laptop to creating IT Infrastructure for new medical clinics. scheduling our engineers to ensure that we deliver a great client experience, on time and in budget.
He works closely with the Service Desk to resolve tickets that need onsite assistance and with the sales team to deliver projects and onboard new clients.
