Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for someone that can support our clients with day-to-day front-end IT support and guide our 1st Line Analysts and Field Service Engineers, mentoring them to enhance their skills and abilities.
We are looking for a person who will become pivotal to our daily operations, ensuring that our clients’ enquiries are met accurately and efficiently. You will act as a point of contact for customers seeking assistance, will raise tickets and ensure that they receive outstanding the best technical guidance.
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Office: Working in our Huntingdon office
